Dynamic Pressure Analysis & 3D Printed Custom Orthotics

Using cutting edge PHIT’s foot scanning technology, our Podiatrists are able to analyse your gait dynamically and create 3D printed custom foot orthoses to address problems with your ankles, knees, hips and back.

Did you know we have a YouTube channel?

What are the benefits of the PHITS system?

Problems relating to the lower limb, foot and ankle throw our whole body off balance and can prevent us from doing the things we love in life. These types of issues will affect around 80% of us at some point in our lives.

The dynamic pressure analysis enables your Podiatrist to see how you are moving and to identify any problem areas that may be affecting your walking or contributing to pain or injury.

Using the data from the dynamic pressure analysis, your Podiatrist can generate a custom orthotic design which takes into account the shape of your foot, but also supports the different pressure zones and guides your movement in the optimal direction.

Currently this is the only system in the world that has the technology to do this!

What are the benefits of PHITS 3D printed custom orthotics?

  • High Quality Materials – they are made of high grade ultralight polyamide, selected to provide your feet with the best comfort and functional support
  • Highly Durable – Phits orthotics last 3 times longer than traditional orthoses.
  • Environmentally Friendly – In traditional custom orthotic manufacturing, there’s up to 80% material waste compared with up to 20% for a pair of PHITs.
